About Me

Narcissism Kills...

I have faced some pretty traumatic situations and narcissistic behaviours, throughout my life, which included narcissistic and toxic relationships with family, friends, and partners, sometimes stretching across many years.

Do I see myself as a victim?

No, I’m not a victim. I’m a survivor—but also a person who has intermittently awakened to the reality of my situation, only to slip back into complacency over time. You may have found that when dealing with narcissists yourself. You can begin to doubt your own reality.

A big challenge for me was establishing and maintaining boundaries and often it was difficult to explain the profound consequences and impacts these toxic interactions had on my mental and physical health.

Narcissism does 'kill' - here are 5 things that it kills:

1. Relationships and intimacy

2. Personal growth and development

3. Self-expression and authenticity

4. Compassion and empathy

5. Emotional wellbeing and mental health

If you have had the misfortune of being raised in a family where narcissism thrived, continues to thrive or in a relationship with a person with narcissistic traits you will know that getting away from them and healing are extremely difficult.

I have removed all toxic people from my life.

I navigated some extremely difficult times to get to where I am extremely comfortable with my decision. Where I am living life on my terms. Where the people who felt it necessary to keep me 'penned in' because they were afraid of leaving the metaphorical 'electrified pen' for themselves, afraid to venture out and discover just what an amazing world we live in, no longer had a hold on me. I decided to be fully autonomous and step out into the world and be confident about experiencing life. All the triumphs, wonders and challenges - bring them on!

I can support you to 'step outside the herd'. Make your way out of and away from the 'crabs in a bucket'. The people who are afraid of your greatness. You are not alone.

You can have someone in your corner who has 'walked the talk'.

Who has lived it and come out the other side.  You will too!

On Conquering My Fears...

Me in the rainforest -sleeveless!
Proof that my phobia had been cured!

I have led a very eclectic and adventurous life. I have had moments where I have been absolutely petrified, but I’ve tried my best not to allow fear stop me from experiencing all that life has to offer – positive and negative!
From childhood I had a fear of most kinds of creatures, especially things that could fly or jump, especially if they touched my skin!

As an adult I had the bright idea of moving to live in a Central American rainforest! It taught me the power of stepping outside my comfort zone. I moved there without any friends nor family, except my partner at the time. There were no essential utilities, and adapting to the high temperatures and humidity without air conditioning was a daily nightmare! I had no clue where to start but somehow I dug in, created a plan and built a house and a business. Oh, did I mention my phobia??!! Amidst the struggles, a transformative moment occurred 6 months after living there when a beautiful butterfly landed on my arm, marking the end of my phobia. I was cured!!

As a Life Coach, I'm committed to helping you overcome any self-limiting beliefs you may have and support you in the pursuit of your passions.

I don't dwell on the past nor on negative narratives. I focus on empowering you to define your priorities and take action towards your goals.

My Interests:

My eclectic life includes international singing, project management, contract management, cooking, and a love for art and culture. I prioritise learning about life, travel, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle (as much as I can!), all while encouraging others to challenge their own imposed and self-imposed limitations.

If something catches my interest then I at least 'have a go', whether that be playing the piano, taking art classes, learning how to wrap presents like a pro (!) - I will try my hand at most things. I can encourage you to try things, to also 'have a go'. Surprising things happen when we do!

So, if you're ready to embrace change and chart your path forward, let's embark on this journey together.

I can support you so you can step outside your comfort zone to new, fresher, brighter horizons – truly!

I commit that if you bring your best self, apply yourself, be focused on the journey as well as your goals and aspirations, be kind to yourself, be open and transparent – you will move your personal mountains!

You’ll save yourself potentially years of unnecessary pain and discomfort by analysing the relationships and interactions you currently have with people who exhibit narcissistic and toxic behaviours. I can support you to set boundaries, give you the tools so you can maintain them. I can help you become more aware of toxic behaviours and how to stand up for yourself.

I’ll support you so you can decide the types of relationships you want to continue to have with them.
